Why We Love Parlour
Parlour changed the way the Twin Cities craves burgers when it opened in Minneapolis in 2012, and the Excelsior location brought those famous smash burgers to the lake in late 2024.
Like the original, it’s downstairs, with a cozy bar feel and a strong cocktail list from Jester Concepts. Mirabelle and Shiki are right upstairs.
