Why We Love Layline

Layline is one of the restaurants that turned Water Street into a dining destination. It’s from InnerBloom Hospitality, the group behind Macanda and Josefina in Wayzata.

It works just as well coming straight off the lake as it does for a special occasion. Choose the patio or the covered porch, which feels like summer even on chilly nights.

What to Order

๐Ÿฅž The Johnnycake

A plate-sized cornmeal griddle cake with whipped honey butter and maple syrup. Go Neptune style for smoked char and caviar.

๐Ÿฆช Chilled Oysters

Served by the half dozen.

๐ŸŸ Duck Fat Fries

With your choice of two sauces.
Know before you go: There’s a small lot next door, and street and public lot parking depend on how busy downtown is that night.
