Why We Love Birch’s on the Lake
Birch’s combines the comfort of a Wisconsin-style supper club with an American brewery, all overlooking the waterfront of Long Lake. The landmark building was once the Hansen House and later Billy’s Lighthouse.
The brewhouse has live music and fresh beer from Birch’s own brewery, while the supper club is set for a slower dinner. The deck has big lake views and there are fireplaces inside and out.
