In 1999 Myoung Kim, affectionately known as Yumi, opened Yumi’s Sushi Bar in Excelsior. Her goal was to serve the highest quality food with exceptional hospitality. Today Yumi’s is located across the street from its original location and features sushi, teriyaki & noodles served in a space with dark-wood decor & an eat-at sushi bar.
