Why We Love Josefina
Josefina opened in 2021 in the former Bellecour space on Lake Street and quickly became one of Wayzata’s hardest reservations. The room is full of greenery and the giant oven turns out chewy-crust pizzas.
Pasta is rolled fresh in-house every day, and the kitchen leans into rich Italian classics. It’s a great pick for an anniversary or a nice dinner after a day on the lake.
What to Order
🍝 Spaghetti Carbonara
Bacon, egg yolk and chives, made with fresh pasta.
🍝 Bucatini Amatriciana
Pancetta, pecorino and parsley.
🥧 Wood-Fired Pizza
Chewy-crust pies from the big oven. Gluten-free crust is available.
