Why We Love Rustica
Rustica moved into the former Wuollet Bakery space, carrying on nearly a century of bakery tradition on Wayzata’s Lake Street. Co-owner Mike DeCamp grew up a few blocks away.
Fans of the Minneapolis original will find the same pastries and breads, plus a bigger savory menu made for lunch by the lake.
What to Order
πͺ Bittersweet Chocolate Cookies
Rustica’s signature cookie.
π₯ Morning Buns
A laminated pastry favorite.
π Miche
The big sourdough loaf the bakery is known for.
Know before you go: Seating is communal and mornings get busy, so expect to share a table.
