Why We Love Shiki
Shiki opened in June 2025 as part of Jester Concepts’ trio at 200 Water St. The small, brightly decorated room is meant to feel like a Japanese noodle shop, complete with a bold mural.
It’s quick service and casual, and the portions are generous. The cocktail menu has fun with the theme, too, including a Ramen Old Fashioned.
What to Order
๐ Shoyu Ramen
Pork belly and a soft egg in a rich broth.
๐ฅ Dumplings
A variety of dumplings, also available to go for the boat.
๐ฅ Shrimp Steam Buns
A popular small plate to share.
Know before you go: Shiki is connected to Mirabelle, and Parlour is downstairs. Park in the public lot behind the building.
