Why We Love Sushi Fix
Sushi Fix began as the Midwest’s first sushi food truck before chef Billy Tserenbat, a Yumi alum, opened this brick-and-mortar spot in downtown Wayzata. The fish is sourced from Hawaii and Japan.
The room is small and lively, with a sushi bar and a long sake and cocktail list. Regulars swear by letting the chef choose.
What It’s Known For
🍽️ Chef’s choice
Tell the chefs what you don’t like and let them take it from there.
🍣 Specialty rolls
Creative, generous rolls that change with what’s fresh.
🍶 Sake and cocktails
A lengthy list to pair with dinner.
Know before you go: It’s a smaller space that gets busy on weekends, so go early or plan ahead.
